Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions define the guidelines, duties, and service limitations applicable to all services offered by Radhe Krishna Logistics Packers and Movers. By confirming a booking or availing of our services, customers acknowledge and agree to follow the terms outlined below.

Service Coverage
Radhe Krishna Logistics Packers and Movers provides packing, relocation, loading, transportation, unloading, storage, and vehicle-shifting services. The exact scope of work is determined after item inspection, understanding customer requirements, and finalising mutually agreed service details.

Pricing and Payments
All quotations shared are approximate and based on the information provided by the customer at the time of enquiry. Final costs may change due to additional goods, changes in floor levels, delays, or extra manpower needs. Payment terms generally include an advance at the time of booking, with the remaining amount payable upon delivery, as agreed.

Customer Obligations
Customers are required to share correct and complete details regarding items, locations, and site access. It is the customer’s responsibility to clearly declare valuable, fragile, or sensitive belongings. Radhe Krishna Logistics Packers and Movers will not be responsible for loss or damage to undeclared high-value items.

Packing and Handling Policy
We use standard quality packing materials and proven methods. Items needing special care must be informed in advance. Goods packed by the customer themselves will be transported at the customer’s own risk.

Delays and Uncontrollable Situations
Radhe Krishna Logistics Packers and Movers cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather issues, strikes, natural calamities, or any circumstances beyond our control. Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.

Insurance Coverage
Transit insurance is optional and must be requested separately. Any damage claims are handled directly by the insurance provider and are subject to their policies and terms. We are not liable for damage to goods that are not insured.

Restricted Items
We do not accept or transport hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable goods, or items prohibited by law. Discovery of such items may lead to their removal and possible cancellation of services.

Storage Terms
Storage services are charged on a monthly basis or as per prior agreement. While stored items are handled responsibly, customers are advised to opt for separate insurance for goods kept in storage.

Cancellation Policy
Service cancellations should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made at short notice may attract charges to compensate for reserved vehicles, labour, or operational time.

Limitation of Liability
Although every effort is made to ensure safe handling, Radhe Krishna Logistics Packers and Movers is not liable for minor surface marks, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from pre-existing conditions of items, furniture, appliances, or packaging done by the customer.

Dispute Handling
Any concerns or complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. In case of disputes, resolution will be subject to applicable local laws and jurisdiction.
